Joel Donated His Heart and Soul, and now we have created the Joel Pratt Memorial Fund for MatchingDonors.com in memory of our good friend Joel Pratt. Sadly, Joel recently passed away unexpectedly of congestive heart failure.

Proceeds from properties donated to our very successful MatchingDonors.com RealEstate4Kidneys.com program will go to fund the Joel Pratt Memorial Fund at MatchingDonors.com. These funds will help underprivileged patients get lifesaving organ transplants through MatchingDonors.com.
