He Donated His Heart and Soul
Joel Donated His Heart and Soul, and now we have created the Joel Pratt Memorial Fund for MatchingDonors.com in memory of our good friend Joel Pratt. Sadly, Joel recently passed away unexpectedly of congestive heart failure.

A portion of the proceeds from properties donated to our very successful MatchingDonors.com RealEstate4Kidneys.com program will go to fund the Joel Pratt Memorial Fund at MatchingDonors.com. These funds will help underprivileged patients get lifesaving organ transplants through MatchingDonors.com.

Joel helped get many properties donated to MatchingDonors.com, and he also raised money and awareness for MatchingDonors.com.

Since launching in 2004 MatchingDonors.com, our award winning 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, has helped over 10,000 of our registered patients needing organ transplants and over 15,000 of our registered living altruistic organ donors willing to donate an organ to a patient on MatchingDonors.com.

3) We collect the donation

If your donation is accepted, our team will coordinate the transfer with you and explain the process, timing, and any anticipated costs.

4) We sell your donation

We have partnered with several agencies to facilitate the highest possible resale value on any donations —taking it to auction, selling independently, or offering it to one of our private buyers.

5) We use the proceeds to save lives

Proceeds are used to fund our ongoing efforts to find living, altruistic organ donors to save the lives of people needing organ transplants.
